2. Processing and Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within a period of 24 à 48 heures ouvrées après confirmation du paiement.

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • 1 to 3 working days. for Douala and Yaounde

  • 3 to 7 working days. for other cities, African countries, and internationally.

We work with reliable shipping services (such as DHL, or our local delivery drivers).

• This weight and the volume of the parcel.

5. Retard ou absence de livraison

We will do what is necessary to expedite the process with the carrier.

6. Uncollected Orders
