Return Deadline
You have a period of of 7days from the date you receive your order to report a problem or request a return.
2. Products Eligible for Return
We only accept returns under the following condition:
Product received is different from what was ordered (packing error).
⚠️ Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned....for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Returns Procedure

Your order number,
A photo of the product in question,
The reason for the return.
We will provide you with the nearest return address or drop-off location.
After verification, we will proceed with either:
A Exchange,
A Credit Note for a future purchase,
Or a Refund according to your choice.
Refund Deadline
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.via the same payment method used for the original purchase (Mobile Money, CinetPay, Flutterwave, etc.).
5. Non-Refundable Products
Products on promotion or sale.
Customised or made-to-order products.
Products with a broken hygiene seal.
